Outsider is a Daedric Prince, he is the Daedric Prince of Philosophy, Thievery, and unknown motives like Sheogorath.
Sheogorath – The infamous Prince of Madness, whose motives are unknowable It is debated across Tamriel if The Outsider is considered a Daedric individual, while his powers are considered “dark/evil magic” there are plenty of examples of how The Outsider has affected mortals in good and bad ways.
When mortals communicate with most Daedric Princes (Which by the way, Daedric “princes” aren’t even princes? They’re all genderless. However no matter the attire they were [like stereotypical women’s gendered clothing such as dresses] the “princes” wear them.) they get white dots in the pupil.
When you first make contact with Outsider, you will get pure black eyes, your iris, and the rest of the white in your eye will be filled black. After a month or so it will slowly dissolve.
However if the Outsider gives you their mark, your eyes will be black forever.

The Outsider (from the video game Dishonored 1/2) is a man who is immortal, guessed a God. Some people believe in him, some don't. He has the ability to transport things to and from the Void. He makes home in the Void. He has the power to give people his magic. Going invisible, grabbing people with void powers and sucking them close to you, teleportation, quieter steps, shape shifting. If he sees that you're needed in this world for change, he will give you his gifts... Don't abuse them. You'll pay. Corvo, a man who was the empress' bodyguard in Dunwall was framed for her murder. He was in prison, folk helped him escape and the Outsider gifted Corvo with gifts, making him an amazing assassin that was able to kill and slaughter everyone who was hired to frame Corvo.
